Each Friday morning (in School term only – ie.Weekly at 9:15am to 10:15 am – Tai Chi & Qigong – (gold coin donation for charity) Men and women welcome! In recess and recommences 1st February.

Sawtell Strollers – Heart Foundation Walking for Health – Meet at the church at 4:30pm (for an hour local stroll, weather permitting) – free (contact Maureen – registration at first walk) – recommences 8th January.

Stretch Class – Monday and Wednesday mornings at 8:30am (contact Maureen) in School term only –  recommences Monday 7th January.
